THE PROCESS

• Please email us below with a list of your items, for a quote, you can also send pictures describing conditions of your items.
• We recommend you send an email first on the form below, confirming you're looking to do a mail in trade in, and then follow up with a detailed list in a separate email.
• For consoles, we prefer all consoles have at least one original controller, and appropriate cables and power adapters.
• Please ensure that your systems and games are in working order, and that all games have their respective instructions(if applicable) and cases.

Once we receive your email, you can expect a response back by the end of business day, and a quote within the same day.

• If your items you're sending in are expected to be in weights over 10lbs per box, please let us know, we will pay for all shipping costs, UP TO 10LBS PER BOX*
• Make sure to box your items properly, with added protection for your games and consoles.
