Warranty Policy
We do not accept returns on New or Factory sealed products, if there is an issue with the product, reach out to the manufacturer as most products new have their own warranties.
Consoles will always have a 60-Day warranty.
We will exchange, for free any console or item of the console that was originally sold with it, if it is defective after the sale. IE Console refuses to power on, or stops reading discs/doesn't read cartridges.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, cracks, breaks, cuts etc.
The warranty is voided if the system or items in the sale were tampered with.
Video Games
All Physical media video games, Discs/Cartridges have a 7-day warranty.
To include coverage on disc read errors, scratches, that were cosmetically unappealing at time of sale, but game still in functioning form.
Coverage on cartridge’s failing to save games/ or have dirty pins
We will offer to resurface a game for free and provide a cleaning service to dirty pin connectors free of charge at customer request.
This 7-Day warranty doesn’t include exchanges for buyer’s remorse****
